Ts & Cs for referral scheme - The Landlord or Seller must not be current or previous Open House VOWH client. If referring a Landlord they must sign up to our managed property services. Referral is per Landlord not per property. Referrals must be made before the Landlord signs an agreement with us. No cash alternative. This offer can be removed at any time. A Landlord must sign an agreement with us within 8 weeks of the referral. Referral payments for Landlords will be released after the first month of service is complete.You must obtain permission from the person you are referring prior to referring them. Upon your referral being released you will be contacted via email to confirm which of the gift cards you would like. The choice of gift cards will be limited but will include supermarkets, high street shops or restaurants. There is no limit on the number of successful referrals you can make.
